Animation Studios

There are tons of different animation studios with there being Disney, DreamWork, Studio Ghibli, Pixar, etc. My favourites of all time would be DreamWork. It's facinating seeing so many studios with their own unique style, for example; Studio Ghibli focuses entirely on 2D animation with an immersive realism in their animation. The style is very aesthetic with a sense of cottagecore. Back when the studio started producing work, their animating process was very different from other studios, they follow a very traditional way of animating which is hand drawing every scene, which means their production is very slow, but is it all worth the wait because each of their work is a masterpiece. My favourite movie from Ghibli would be "Howl's Moving Castle", with amazing character designs and a very touching plot. Another studio with a distinctive style would be DreamWork. Comparing Disney and DreamWork, Disney heavily focuses on making movies for kids, but DreamWork's animated movies does not only target children but also adult audiences with a lot of hidden adult jokes. One movie that sets a great example is "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish" where they had a scene that showed Puss bleeding blood. To be honest that was the first time I've seen blood in a cartoon animated style movie so I was surprised. In the end, I appreciate every studio's hard work because they are clearly talented and knows how to make people happy with their work.
